Bier Station’s March for Science After-Party Fundraiser

Bier Station and four breweries are joining with March For Science – Kansas City for an after-party/ environmental fundraiser Saturday, April 22, in the Bier Station parking lot.

Cinder Block Brewery, Torn Label Brewing Company Uinta Brewing and New Belgium Brewing are joining the party by taking over the Station’s tap wall, and each brewery is donating a large keg to a different, green cause. Plus, John from Bier Station will buy an additional, large keg from each brewery totaling EIGHT kegs helping an array of national and local causes:

CINDER BLOCK: to benefit Bridging The Gap, KC’s the premier organization in the area providing environmental education and volunteer action through more than 1,500 volunteers annually.

TORN LABEL: to benefit KC STEM Alliance, a collaborative network of educators, business partners and organizations that inspires interest in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math careers to generate a robust workforce of related professionals for our community.

UINTA: to benefit the National Park Service 

NEW BELGIUM: to benefit The Nature Conservancy and their efforts to support clean water initiatives.

The event is free and open to the public, including families. Attendance will be capped at parking lot capacity.
