Heart of America Council Scouting programs are preparing our young people to become successful, responsible adults. From timeless values like citizenship and leadership to cutting edge programs like STEM and engineering, Kansas City Scouts are being equipped with the tools to succeed in life all while having fun. STEM experiences include everything from coding to robotics to rocketry.

Local Scouts are also making our communities a better place to live. Kansas City Scouts give back by providing more than 150,000 of community service annually through “Good Turn” projects ranging from education to environmental stewardship. While various activities and youth groups teach basic skills and promote teamwork, Scouting goes beyond that and encourages youth to achieve a deeper appreciation for service to others in their community.
