15 Jul 2018 Meet Christina Chandler: FIRST LEGO League + FLL Jr. Partner

Christina Chandler joins the KC STEM Alliance team as FIRST LEGO League and FIRST LEGO League Junior Partner for the Kansas City region. With more than eight years of working with all levels of FIRST in her work with the Center and Kansas City Missouri School Districts, Christina will focus on supporting FLL and FLL Jr. teams. You’ll find her organizing workshops, community events, FLL qualifying tournaments and the championship tournament, as well as FLL JR Expo and Showcase opportunities.

Christina, who has 10 years of experience in Information Technology, teaching, and career and tech administration, earned a Master’s Degree in Career and Technical Leadership from University of Central Missouri and a Bachelor’s in Education from Graceland University. She also holds numerous education certificates.

“My focus is creating and building sustainable programs that allow students to be aligned with what they are passionate about so they are fully engaged in their learning and preparing for their future,” Christina says.
