STEM Day at the Capitol

The Missouri Math and Science Coalition is hosting its annual STEM Day at the Capitol in Jefferson City on Thursday, March 7, with a focus on K-12, higher education, business and industry STEM programming.

The program demonstrates to state legislators and department officials the critical need for STEM talent development in the state. Hundreds of students, educators and business professionals will showcase some of the innovative efforts underway in Missouri to encourage and inspire tomorrow’s STEM talent.

Previous programs have included a Boeing F-18 flight simulator, FIRST Robotics Competition, electrical circuits with NSC KC Honeywell, chemical reactions with Pfizer, and much more.
