PLTW Senior Showcase

Help KC STEM Alliance celebrate graduating Project Lead The Way students as they share their senior capstone projects from the Engineering Design and Development and Biomedical Innovation courses. These student teams have tackled real-world problems through a rigorous process that includes collaborating with their peers, seeking advice from industry mentors and using the skills and knowledge gained through PLTW to develop and test solutions. Join us at Union Station for a showcase of their innovative findings.

At the conclusion of the Showcase, winners of the Innovator Awards and Top 10 and First Place teams in the online Engineering Design and Biomedical Research competitions will be announced, along with finalists for the Make It REAL Scholarship. Winners will make their way to the Winners Circle for awards and photos. This awards ceremony is open to the public and will begin at approximately 11:45 a.m. in the Grand Plaza.

We invite you to join us as our guests to celebrate these students as they reach the culmination of their high school PLTW tracks.  Additionally as this program grows, we want to be sure all students have a chance to present their projects to others so they can practice their sales and presentation skills. Please use this form to register as an attendee, guest judge, or volunteer.

Parking and Arrival

Parking is available for a fee in the Union Station garage and parking lots. Upon entering Union Station, proceed to the Grand Plaza and look for KC STEM Alliance event banners.
