Museum at Prairiefire JAM STEAM Camp | Triassic Week

JAM STEAM Camps are half-day camps running Monday through Thursday with morning sessions (9 a.m. to noon) and afternoon sessions (1 to 4 p.m.).  Each session has two age ranges: grades 1-3 and grades 4-6.

During Triassic Week, students will learn about the first dinosaurs that lived during the Triassic Period as well as what the world was like 250 to 200 million years ago.  Campers should bring their own snacks and water bottles each day.

JAM STEAM Camps are tied to Common Core State Standards. Safety measures include:

• • students and instructors masked at all times
  • student temperature checks at the beginning of each session
  • multiple handwashing / sanitizing each day
  • a dedicated, sanitized workspace 6 feet from other students
