KU Natural History Museum: Discovery Day – Pollinators

FreeJoin the KU Natural History Museum on Facebook on May 22, 10am-4pm, for a special (virtual) pollinator party! There will be hands-on activities, information with KU research scientists, community partners, and more! Learn about the essential role pollinators play in the world’s ecosystems and engage in fun science learning for the whole family.
There will be new videos every hour, from 10am-4pm. Learn and try activities all about nectar, avian (bird) pollinators, how to help butterflies including monarchs, and of course bees! The KU Natural History Museum thrilled to have great partners including the KU Beekeeping Club, Monarch Watch, the Kansas Rural Center, KU Ecology and Evolutionary Biology students, the Spencer Museum of Art and researchers from the KU Biodiversity Institute and Natural History Museum.
