Green Guard Stewardship Program

An event every week that begins at 2:30 pm on Wednesday, repeating until May 8, 2019

Green Guard trains students, community members, teachers and leaders how to become stewards of the environment in their neighborhood. The program is a 12-class series focusing on topics such as the importance of biodiversity, agriculture and the waste stream, environmental justice, leadership and community engagement and more. Stewards have the opportunity to earn 20+ service hours and a $50 stipend if they complete the program!
Weekly classes are on most Wednesdays from February 13 to May 8.  (Exceptions: Class will be on TUESDAY, Feb. 26, and there will be NO class on Wednesday, March 20.)
