Farm to Table Day Camp

This day camp for teens runs for three days with a focus on everything “farm to table.” Participants will explore where local foods come from and learn how to prepare a meal using just those local ingredients. The day camp will involve tours to farms/businesses as well as sessions at the main “base” in the Kansas City River Market.

Sponsored by Urban West Region 4-H, the camp is open to any youth ages 14-18.  The camp runs 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily June 5-7.
