Cow Town ThrowDown Robotics Competition

November 1, 2019 - November 2, 2019

Cow Town ThrowDown is an off-season FIRST Robotics Competition and one more chance for teams to compete in the Destination Deep Space game.

A FIRST Lego League Scrimmage will take place Saturday morning in the same venue with this season’s City Shaper challenge. Click here for more details and to register.

The schedule:

FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 1
Not Before 3:30 pm Parking Lot open for unloading
3:45 p.m. Doors open for load in
3:45 – 5:30 p.m. Team registration, pits open for set-up
4:00 – 5:30 p.m. Practice Matches
Note: All teams need to participate in at least one practice round to resolve field connection issues.
5:30 – 5:45 p.m. Coaches/Drivers Meeting
6:00 – 9:30 p.m. Qualification Rounds
SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 2
7:00 a.m. Doors open to public
8:10 a.m. Opening ceremony (all participants requested)
8:30 a.m. – Noon Qualifying rounds
8:45 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. FLL Scrimmage Announcements in LSHS Cafeteria
9:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. FLL Rounds
12:15 p.m. Alliance Selection
1:00 p.m. FRC Elimination rounds begin in the Field house
5:00 p.m. Estimated end of competition
