Breaking Boundaries in STEM Careers: Torch Carriers Conference

The 6th annual Women & Girls Torch Carriers Conference organized by National Congress of Black Women – Kansas City will focus on “Breaking Boundaries in STEM Careers and Those Who Belong in It.” The conference includes breakfast and lunch and provides the community an avenue to connect and network with others in the region. Conference sessions and workshops include interactive topics of Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Architecture and more. Women are encouraged to bring girls along. The event is free for girls ages 10 to 17 and $10 for women ages 18 and older.
