Black & Veatch Explorer Post First Nighter

Black & Veatch invites high school students (ages 14-19) interested in math, science and engineering, plus their parents to the first meeting of the 2017 Black & Veatch Explorer Post. The Post is for students interested in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) who want to gain knowledge of the various disciplines of engineering. 

Each monthly meeting will consist of an informative presentation by a guest speaker and a hands-on activity or contest related to the selected engineering discipline.

Each month a tour of an engineering related facility will be offered. Tours are normally on the Saturday following the meeting. Here’s the preliminary schedule:
