CONGRATULATIONS TO GRADUATING PLTW SENIORS!
The KC STEM Alliance is proud to recognize and celebrate the achievements of over 250 graduating senior Project Lead the Way (PLTW) students from 14 school districts from across the KC Metro Area. These students have demonstrated high achievement and excellence in their pre-engineering and biomedical sciences coursework.

ABOUT THE PLTW SENIOR SHOWCASE
The PLTW Senior Showcase highlights PLTW students completing the senior capstone courses in engineering or biomedical sciences. Engineering students work in teams to develop an innovative solution to an open-ended engineering problem. Biomedical Science students choose a focus area and conduct in depth research in that subject. Students present their innovative ideas and projects at the Senior Showcase through poster exhibits and prototypes.

Business and college partners, parents, friends and family are invited to preview student exhibits from 9am – 11:30am in the Sprint Festival Grand Hall. Registration is not required, but please (Click Here) to let us know if you plan to join us. Parking is available for $3 in the four-story parking garage west of Union Station.

SPECIAL THANKS TO LEAD SUPPORTERS AND PARTNERS
The KC STEM Alliance is proud to partner with leading corporations and engineering programs in our region to support PLTW. Companies provide financial and volunteer support and include Black & Veatch, Burns & McDonnell, Cerner, Garmin, Google Fiber, Sprint and others. Representatives from our regional universities are instrumental in transitioning students into the next phase of their education.
