Mad Science’s Kitchen Chemistry Workshop | Virtual

The Mid-Continent Public Library will take a hands-on look at the chemistry that goes on in the kitchen! Participants will hunt for starch, sugar and fats in foods and investigate a living organism that helps bread rise. Attendees will also receive directions on how to make their very own Solar Cooker.
Program registration will close 30 minutes prior to the start of the program on March 3rd. Participants will be emailed a Zoom access code 15 minutes before the start of the program, so please include your email in the registration.
Please note: You must sign into the room prior to the start of the program. Admittance to the classroom will close five minutes after the program’s start time. Space is limited.
