Cancelled: Coding & Cupcakes | Web Development 3 – JavaScript

Join Kansas City Women in Technology for their monthly coding series, Coding & Cupcakes. Parents and daughters are invited to attend sessions to learn about code and bond while working on programming projects together. In this workshop, attendees will learn the basics of website development using various tools and languages: Chrome, Github, CodeSandbox, and JavaScript. This is part 3 of a 3 part workshop.

Each workshop will have a particular learning focus, but it is not necessary to attend in order or to attend all the workshops. Over the course of all 3 workshops, your daughter will change text, images, fonts and colors on her own website and even deploy it. There will be lots of guidance and support for those with little to no coding experience.
