During Civil Engineering & Design Careers Day on Oct. 4 Kansas City’s global design industry demonstrated they really know how to show up for Kansas City’s students!

More than 160 Project Lead The Way students from 13 high schools explored seven civil engineering disciplines AND seven design disciplines through a career-jumping session and site visits across the city. Thanks to KC STEM Alliance partners—Center for Architecture & Design Kansas City and American Society of Civil Engineers-Kansas City— and all of the professionals who donated their time and opened their doors to students today. And a special thanks to the nine post-secondary partners who shared their programs and pathways with students.
